The ServicingQC System allows servicers to audit an unlimited number of servicing processes separately, from boarding to pay-off, and everything in between. A separate audit shell (or sample type) is dedicated to each process (or audit scope) and each audit shell can have its own question set. As with all Cogent system audit shells, sampling, auditing, reporting, question finding codes and loan decision codes are independent from shell to shell. This allows significant flexibility in audit design.
