The Cogent PipelineQC System is designed to monitor, analyze and report on loan production activities on a pre-funding basis. The PipelineQC System includes modules to conduct appraisal, underwriting, and fraud reviews. Based on Cogent’s flagship ProductionQC System, the PipelineQC System incorporates all the standard features of the ProductionQC System and also allows you to:

• Import daily production pipeline data

• Instantly create interactive response/feedback forms for field offices

• Automatically generate e-mail notification of conditions required to close individual loans

• Create multiple watch lists (e.g., broker) and target sampling by watch list
