The Cogent DueDiligenceQC System is designed to streamline the due diligence process and allow sellers and lenders to quickly evaluate the quality of a pool of securities prior to purchase.

Incorporating Cogent's well-established statistical methodology, the System helps users to determine the appropriate size and type of samples to draw from a pool in order to accurately infer the quality of the pool.  The System then draws the sample automatically and enables users to audit individual mortgage loans through its customizable auditing module.   Audit results are presented through a suite of reports that are both concise and comprehensive. 

Based on Cogent’s flagship ProductionQC system, the Due Diligence System incorporates all the standard features* of the Cogent ProductionQC System and adds the following functionality:

• Deploy system on a centralized or distributed (remote) basis, enabling on-site due diligence reviews

• Import individual loan pools by Seller or Lender using industry-standard Salomon file format or custom file format

• Filter audit questions by Seller and/or Pool for streamlined audits

• Generate pool-level reports of loan characteristics and audit results

• Compare multiple pools by Seller or Lender

• Add optional APR Calculator and high-cost loan / Section 32 worksheets for compliance reviews and APR checking
